The above photo, taken in November of 2012, shows the inauguration plaque of the market of the Town of Tocha (located in the Civil Parish of Tocha and Municipality of Cantanhede).
The market buildings were inaugurated in 1986 by Mr. Durão Barroso (known in international politics as Mr. José Manuel Barroso, the current President of the European Commission), who was State Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs in 1986.
